Meet Tara

A nurse. A mom. A leader. A woman who’s walked through the hardest terrain—and created a way forward.

I didn’t set out to build a course. I built it because I hit rock bottom—and I needed a way to climb out.

 

In July 2018, I lost my son Jeremy to suicide. I was a nurse. A mom. A leader. The one who had it all together.

But nothing prepared me for that kind of pain. Nothing prepares you for your entire world shattering in an instant.

There wasn’t a blueprint for what came next. So I created one.

 

Step by shaky step, I built a framework to help me breathe, move, and lead again.

Not perfectly. Not pain-free. But forward. That framework became this course.

 

I call it P.O.L.E.S.—because, like trekking poles, it helps you steady your steps when the ground is uneven

and the climb feels impossible. This course isn’t therapy. It’s not a pep talk. It’s a lifeline for people who are

done pretending they’re okay—and are ready to start moving again, even if they’re still carrying the pain.
